Hi there! Name’s Alex and since many years now I’ve been obsessed with training, fitness and nutrition.
Now recently, more precisely 2 years ago, I decided to give a vegan diet a go to see if it would help with some health issues I was experiencing. To my astonishment it worked… and it worked better than I could’ve ever hoped for.
Since that day I’ve added the tremendous health benefits of a whole food plant-based diet to my list of obsessions.
